Following the declaration of Corona virus as a global pandemic, kasneb has taken some measures to minimize the impact and safeguard its customers and staff. To avoid service disruption customers are engaged to embrace self service options on the digital platforms provided.

The following are the self service options available:

1. E-Kasneb app : To register and book for May 2020 examinations, e-kasneb web portal- is accessible via https://online.kasneb.or.ke/site/login
2. Short code 20558 : To access services through 20558 send the word

• • TIMETABLE/followed registration number to 20558 to query timetable
  • RENEWAL/followed registration number to 20558 to query information about the renewal status
  • CENTER/followed registration number to 20558 to to check whether you have been booked for the next examination e.g. CENTER/NAC/123456
