Explain three exceptions to the “‘Nemodat” rule
- Estoppel-Nemodat will apply if “the owner of the goods is his conduct precluded from denying the sellers authority to sell.
- Sale factor – sale factor gives a good title to the buyer in good faith
- Sale under voidable title – Where the seller of goods has a voidable title thereto but his title has not been avoided at the time of sale
- Sale in market overt – Market overt in any licensed shop or any fair or market held on a particular day in a particular place under the authority or a licensed from the government or custom
