HOW TO REGISTER FOR CPA EXAMINATION AS A NEW STUDENT
Steps for Registering a KASNEB Student Account:
STEP 1:
Open a Browser
Go to the KASNEB student portal login page visiting: https://www.kasneb.or.ke/.
STEP 2:
Sign Up for New Users
For first-time users, click the ‘sign up now’ button and fill in your details. After submitting, confirm your signup to create the account.
STEP 3:
Receive OTP
Once the account is successfully created, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
STEP 4:
Login Using OTP
Login using your email and the OTP received. After logging in, proceed to change your password and then log out.
STEP5:
Login with New Password
Log in again using your email and the new password you set.
STEP 6:
Pop-up Question
After successfully logging in, a pop-up question will ask if you have a KASNEB registration number. If you don’t have one, select ‘No’ and you will be redirected to the Student Portal dashboard.
Step 7:
Select the Type of Examination:
Choose the type of examination you wish to register for, read the general instructions, and click ‘Register Examination’ to proceed with the registration application.
Step 8:
Fill in the Registration Application:
Complete the application following the portal instructions. Attach the required documents and upload a passport-sized photograph of yourself.
Agree to Terms and Conditions:
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, submit your application.
Step 9:
Proceed to Payment:
Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ where you will view the invoice and make payment via MPesa or another payment method.
Wait for Registration Approval:
After payment, wait for the back-office team to approve your registration. You will receive your student registration number email once your application is approved.
Access the Student Portal:
After receiving your registration number, log in to your student portal account to proceed with the KASNEB services you need.
Documents Required for KASNEB Student Account Registration:
- Identity Card / Passport Number:
Include your ID number, passport number, or a birth certificate number (for those under 18 years). - Passport-sized Photograph:
Attach a recent passport-sized photo. - Certified Copies of Your Certificates:
Upload certified copies of your academic certificates.
